  Have dealt with Pump House for years whole farm and nursery set up done by them when Maleny was open and have spent many thousands of dollars there, and they were brilliant. So when the PTO driven pump on tractor died went there for a new one - what a mistake - as many of the other reviews have said unhelpful and superior staff -Told them what I needed and were supplied incomplete pump when questioned was told it was right -{accepted this as they are supposed to be the experts} then had to go back for the rest of the unit and treated as if it was our fault - management needs to do some serious staff training here as I will never go there again So an update - when got pump home after Nambour fitted part of pump that should have been there all along it didn't work. So what to do - in desperation contacted Pump House Beerwah as they were very good with some fitting we had needed - Well What a difference to Nambour - within two hours of call when we explained situation - they had a serviceman at the farm - fixed the pump and didn't charge anything. Turns our Nambour hadn't tightened the bolts on the housing, when fitting the missing part The Beerwah guys were brilliant - friendly and great service so they get 5 stars
