- Katherine Sri Added April 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor and dishonest service. I am presently taking my dog to training and was advised to buy a halti training lead. I asked for this at this store and was insistent that it must be a halti lead. I was told that this other brand was exactly the same and paid over $20. At my training today, I could not use this lead AS IT IS NOT THE SAME! The experienced trainer said the pet shop owner would have known it was not the same. I have had to go to another shop to buy the correct one. DISHONEST SERVICE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
