  What can I say!! Small local business, so I wanted to support them!
  
  the price was great, Andrew seemed great!
  They do seem to take a while to get you proofs, and there were plenty of mistakes. In saying this though they were willing to rectify their mistakes. I would have to say their work is ammature. A professional would know what font size and know how to lay out the work. But I tolerated this. Then deadlines were not met. Text messages were not replied to. I had to open a juice bar and it continually was put on hold due to no signs!
  
  Finally when signs were in place, the bill was sent. Now I must admit sometimes I can get a bit forgetful to pay by deadlines, when I didnt, they reissued my bill with a late payment fee of 10%.
  This was issued by his wife!!!! Who then very abruptly replied to my emails in regards to the fee. I had more work with these people. They had already received a job from me previously and was paid. Now this harsh encounter on this occasion with Cheryl, has led to this. I of cause cancelled any future work with them and me now on a mission to make sure any future small business owner does not have to encounter this totally incompetent and unprofessional business.
