- Krystelle Maker Added October 02, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called to book a removal of acrylics about an hour before, get to the place and they hadn’t even put my name down so just had to slip in, sitting beside someone getting there nails done while she slid between us doing a bit on one and then going to the other. I had firmly asked for soak off, and she pulls out a type of file to put under the nail to flip it off. and i was freaking out as i was sure she wasent going to do what i thought and i said “soak off?” and then she put it away. then she cut two of my fingers while pulling skin off, buffing and filing then put alcohol on it making it sting, which was fine for me but for someone any younger could of hurt them.

I had quite a positive experience, however, and am very plased with my nails.I had acrylics appied and shellac polish and a pedicure with nail polish. Staff were helpful and friendly enough. Conversation is virtually impossible due to their poor English and they speak to each other in their own language which I think is bad manners. The shop was definately not spotless (it should be) but certainly not filthy as I read in another review. I felt the price was a bit high - $90 for my nails and pedicure. Overall - OK.
