The guy had a busy store but sequenced through each customer in the right order and seemed more interested in making sure everyone knew how to do their respective jobs well than selling anyone anything. The advice he gave us was fantastic for making sure we did a great job of painting our house and oiling our deck. He even got customers chatting together, it was such a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Great prices too.

We've been renovating and old Queenslander with intricate plaster / paint work and they've always given expert advise with great customer service. We will always go here instead of a local hardware shop. Faulty product was returned with ease and apologies.
