- Belinda Brien Added November 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I requested that the charging & auxiliary ports on my iPhone 6 Plus be replaced, because I was having difficulty charging my phone. I was offered to have my original battery replaced with a "new" battery at the same time. I accepted this & went about my business while I waited for the work to be done. After having collected my phone & paid for the work in full I found that I was still having the same issues with charging my phone & rapidly dwindling battery life despite using the phone in power saving mode.
As it happened a week or so ago my toddler dropped my phone into the toilet & I took it to another iPhone repair group (who were very highly recommend), the gentleman there opened up my phone, took one look at it & told me that my charging & auxiliary ports were still original - had not been replaced at all, and that the "new" battery was in fact a refurbished second hand battery. No wonder I had continued to have the same problems with my phone! What an absolute waste of time & nearly $120.00. I would not recommend the ITShop Nambour to anyone.
