The customer tried to diffuse the issue but the security guard resorted to foul language and carried on like a pork chop. Seems to pride himself on making all the paying customers feel as uncomfortable as possible. This guy should not be around a resort, let alone speaking to any customers. He has absolutely no regard for the idea that people are paying good money for a holiday and should be spoken too like rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IF YOU OWN A HOTEL AND WANT TO SUPPLY A DECENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!
